The Training and placement Cell is committed to provide all possible assistance to its students to find employment as per their field chosen. The cell keeps on inviting various companies and reputed firms for campus recruitment. This cell is also responsible to conduct various Training activities in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programs. The activities carried out under this cell are detailed below:-

✦ On Job Training / Internship:

On Job Training / Internship is a very important component of the curriculum meant for the students and a valuable tool for Industry – Institute interaction. As a part of the curriculum, arrangements will be made for the students to undergo 2 to 4 months of practical training each year in their respective domains. The Internship is the milestone of the student’s academic career. This experience is a substantial way to prepare them for their future employment.

✦ Industrial Visit:

In order to understand the work culture of various sectors, the Training and placement Cell plans and executes visits for students to different Industries / Organization’s located in different regions of India to get right exposure and opportunity for training.

✦ Workshops / Seminars:

We engage our students in various workshop & seminar led by an expert that focuses on a specific topic or discipline, such as business, job searches or a specialized field. This Workshop or Seminars typically involve cooperative discussion, multiple speakers and opportunities to share perspectives and issues related to the topic. These seminars have numerous benefits, including improving communication skills, gaining expert knowledge, networking with others and renewing motivation and confidence.

✦ Career Guidance:

Considering the interest / specialization of the students, Training and placement Cell offer career guidance to every student which enable them to understand the roadmap to reach their aimed destiny. Expert are invited to motivate or excited throughout their professional lives and guide them about the best career opportunities in their chosen field.

✦ Remuneration Package:

The remuneration offered is one of the important factors, which attracts young graduates/ postgraduates, apart from the nature of the job. The package differs from company to company and industry. Keeping this in mind the Training and placement Cell negotiate on behalf of the students with the company and industry to offer best in accord to their policies by exploring the skills & academic excellence of the students.

✦ Career Fair:

The Training and placement Cell will host at least one Career Fair per year to encourage all students and alumni to be prepared to schedule interviews, share their resume and professional portfolio. This special event will allow our students and alumni to network with area businesses for current and future career opportunities.

✦ Pre Placement Assistance:

Placement assistance is something where the Training and placement Cell helps you to prepare for interviews with major companies provides guidance on writing resume, fills out job applications etc. It helps you to find suitable jobs and positions. This cell shall facilitate the selection process of all the companies as per their requirement.

✦ Alumni Cell:

Alumni Cell has special opportunities to influence the experience of prospective and on roll college students. This organization explores programs that enhance connections between students & alumni. This Cell also put all its effort to build college & corporate relationship.
